We are currently looking for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team, someone who shares our values of customer service and high-quality craftsmanship. This position will be leading a 2-person crew.

Position Summary:

To install Residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise and train installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Job Title:

Lead Residential HVAC Installer

Work Hours:

Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Production Bonus

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Pass background check & drug screen.
• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record.
• 3+ years of Residential Installation experience.
• Lead HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
• Proficient in installing Gas Lines.
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Lines.
• General knowledge in all HVAC low & high voltage systems.
• Experience testing and balancing systems.
• Understand and apply all codes for residential installations.
• Ability to draw, fabricate and assemble metal ductwork, plenums and transitions.
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers; troubleshooting and installation of all residential systems.
• Experience and ability to train and supervise others.
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company.
• Willing to invest time in training classes and seminars.
• Have your own tools.

Qualifications desired:

• HVAC Trade School certification.
• Experience with Generators.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
