Job summary

Zenner & Ritter in Buffalo, NY is seeking a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer to guide a skilled installation team in delivering high-quality boiler, furnace, A/C, and ductless system installations.

You will work 7:30 am – 5:00 pm with overtime and some on-call. The role requires 2 years of installation experience, strong customer service, a valid driver's license, and willingness to participate in ongoing training. A take-home vehicle and tool allowance are provided.

In this installation position, you typically work from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Overtime is available, and some on-call is required. You're responsible for guiding your installation team in completing quality work and providing excellent customer service. Arriving to jobs on time and well-equipped, you lead your team in installing boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless systems. You perform thorough, top-quality work, complete necessary documentation, and communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient daily flow.
