Job summary

Northern Mister Sparky Electric is seeking a seasoned Residential Electrical Supervisor to lead field teams and deliver high-quality workmanship on residential projects. You will oversee installations, troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes while coordinating with customers and management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory role, holds a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Significant residential electrical experience with supervision/leadership.
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and local codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential electrical installations, repairs and service work.
• Lead and mentor electricians, apprentices and field crews.
• Ensure work meets safety, efficiency and code requirements.
• Review schedules, staff appropriately and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and guide the team.
• Advise on installation of panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, EV charging where applicable.
