Job summary

Strada Services, a leading home service company, is hiring a Residential Electrician for new construction projects across the Southeast. You will install electrical systems in new residential developments in compliance with NEC and local codes.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in residential new construction, ability to read blueprints, and own tools with a valid driver’s license. Preference given to licensed electricians with an apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of residential new construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Preferred: Electrician’s license and completion of an apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems in new residential developments according to NEC and local codes.
• Installing and repairing wiring, electrical systems, and fixtures
• Connecting systems to power lines
• Installing conduits, circuit breakers, and other components
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspecting and testing systems for safety and accuracy
• Replacing wiring, conduit, or breakers as needed
• Performing other related duties as assigned
