Job description

Schedule: Sun, 9am - 11pm; Mon, 2pm - 11pm; Tue, 3pm - 11pm; Wed, 2pm - 11pm

Salary: $25.25/hr

As a Lead Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in small group residential or individual living settings. You will collaborate with the individuals served, their families, friends, employers, and support staff to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Your duties include administering medication according to the Medication Administration Plan (MAP), implementing treatment plans, assisting with daily activities such as household chores and cooking, and facilitating community engagement through transportation for outings like shopping and medical appointments.
