Job summary

Bridge Tower Homes is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee residential homebuilding operations in Texas. This hands-on leadership role manages schedules, subcontractors, safety, and project execution to ensure homes are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards.

The ideal candidate has production homebuilding experience, strong field management skills, and a passion for building quality homes in Denton, TX.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience for a production home builder; townhomes preferred.
• Comfortable reading blueprints/drawings.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Use project scope of work to plan tasks.
• Coordinate material procurement to minimize delays.
• Manage construction schedule and activities.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Ensure quality execution and maintain site cleanliness.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Provide process feedback to improve construction.
• Inspect deliveries for quantity and quality.
• Monitor workmanship quality; stop work when needed and train contractors.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; enforce site policies.
• Communicate progress to leasing team and maintain goodwill.
