Innovative Staffing Solutions LLC seeks a Residential Construction Project Manager for projects in the Willamette Valley. You will ensure projects are executed efficiently, on budget, and aligned with quality standards, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and leading project teams while maintaining safety and compliance across multiple sites in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with timelines and budgets, including change orders.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment) for each project.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members and promote accountability.
