Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction with building homes from start to finish.
• General knowledge of applicable residential building codes.
• Must have, or be able to become, 10 hour OSHA certified.
• Must have, or be able to become, SWPPP Certified.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is being done in a safe manner and enforce safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct a detailed frame check on each unit prior to drywall.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service.
