Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Construction Lead for Bath/Shower Installations to oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate installers, and ensure high-quality results in residential settings.

We offer a 40-hour work week with overtime, paid vacation/holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401K, and a total compensation range of $65,000–$150,000 annually with potential bonuses. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and use an iPad for progress updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction, bathroom remodeling preferred.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Proficient with iPad to document installation progress.
• Lead responsibilities: supervise an Apprentice Installer.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations from start to finish.

• Document progress and communicate with the team.
