Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with activities of daily living and maintain a compassionate, empowering environment. You will document observations, assist with onboarding, and help create meaningful daily interactions that enhance residents' quality of life.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
