Arizona State University’s Knowledge Enterprise Research Project Management Office (PMO) seeks an Associate Director, Research to lead complex, high-impact projects across a broad portfolio, partnering with faculty and administrators.

You will shape program strategy, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with KE priorities while leveraging PMBOK practices. This role is based in Tempe with competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex information to non-technical and executive audiences.
• Experience leading the planning and execution of large, complex research projects and programs.
• Knowledge of PMBOK principles, practices, methods, and techniques.
