Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, consulting, or related work experience.
• Degree in quantitative field preferred (Economics, Statistics, Data Science).
• Experience in client-facing environments and managing complex workstreams.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple analytics components with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical workstreams from framing to insights.
• Translate datasets into actionable findings for client decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and presentations.
• Ensure insights support strategic decisions and transformation initiatives.
• Mentor analysts to elevate quality and reusable analytical assets.
