Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) seeks energetic candidates to join our Huntsville-headquartered team. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD. This role is based in Portsmouth, VA with hybrid work arrangements.

You will lead and coordinate a team working on Coast Guard C5I program requirements, collaborating with government personnel, system engineers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain system requirements and baselines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team performing requirements development, analysis, management, documentation, and communication activities supporting Coast Guard C5I programs.
• Collaborate with Government personnel, system engineers, technical leads, and stakeholders to develop, refine, and maintain system requirements and requirements baselines.
• Develop high-quality requirements, specifications, and supporting documentation in accordance with established engineering and C5ISC standards.
• Conduct requirements elicitation activities through meetings, interviews, technical discussions, document reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze, organize, validate, and maintain requirements to ensure completeness, consistency, traceability, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, including baseline development, change control, configuration management, and traceability.
• Maintain requirements data within Government-approved Requirements Management Systems, including LAUNCH PAD and associated repositories.
• Develop and maintain requirements models, work breakdown structures, use cases, templates
