Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) seeks an experienced Lead Architecture Technician to guide a small team in creating and maintaining Enterprise, Solution, and Reference Architectures for Coast Guard C5I systems. You will develop As-Is/To-Be models, use TEARS/Cameo, and ensure alignment with DoDAF, DM2, and CGEA policies.

You will interact with government customers and engineers, mentor junior engineers, and deliver architecture products and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting Enterprise, Solution, or Reference Architecture development.
• Minimum of two (2) years leading technical teams or coordinating architecture or engineering efforts.
• Experience developing and maintaining Enterprise, Solution, and Reference Architecture products.
• Experience using System Architect, Cameo, TEARS, or comparable modeling tools.
• Working knowledge of DoDAF, DM2, architecture repositories, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small team performing Architecture development, analysis, management, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Government personnel and stakeholders to develop architecture products supporting Coast Guard C5I systems.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be architectures in accordance with the CGEA Practice Manual.
• Develop architecture products using TEARS/Cameo and other approved repositories.
• Analyze engineering documentation to develop and maintain architecture products.
• Ensure architecture aligns with DoDAF, DM2, CGEA, and SELC policies.
• Integrate architecture products with requirements in Government Systems.
• Develop SIDIR architectures supporting endpoints, communications, computing, and security.
• Produce architecture reports and technical documentation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to architecture team members.
• Communicate status, risks, and progress to Government stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and technical briefings.
• Participate in on-site and virtual meetings and IPTs.
• Travel within CONUS as required.
