Job summary

Eurofins USA Medical Devices is seeking a Reprocessing Scientist- Microbiology for a full-time role in Lancaster, PA. You will serve as a technical SME for audits, client interactions, and business development, providing leadership on medical device reprocessing and microbiology testing programs.

Responsibilities include method development, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The candidate must have a BS in biology or microbiology, 5+ years of lab experience, ELN/LIMS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biology or microbiology.
At least 5 years of lab experience.
Experience with ELN/LIMS.
Familiarity with GMP/GLP/ISO standards.
Strong leadership and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for audits, client interactions, and business development.
Provide scientific leadership on medical device reprocessing and microbiology testing programs.
Support method development, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Communicate complex technical information to clients and regulators.
