Key Responsibilities

• Define and architect the overall electrical system strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.

• Oversee the creation of detailed design documents, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, performance, and security of electrical systems.

• Establish and enforce electrical design standards, best practices, and review processes for the remote team.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in system architecture or lead design roles.
• Proven experience in designing complex electrical systems for (mention relevant industry, e.g., power generation, telecommunications, industrial automation).
• Deep understanding of system architecture principles, including modularity, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Expertise in simulation, analysis, and modeling tools relevant to electrical systems.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, particularly in a remote or distributed environment.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, power electronics, and control systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hardware description languages (HDLs) and PCB design processes is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical strategy and influence decision-making.
