Position Summary

The Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Contractor will take responsibility of remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to customer expectations. This role blends hands-on carpentry with jobsite leadership, coordinating daily tasks and maintaining quality standards throughout each phase of the remodel.

You will work as a dependable craft leader on onsite projects, supporting the team with strong communication, consistent workmanship, and a commitment to delivering results that stand up to real-world use.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite remodeling carpentry tasks, including layout, framing, trim, finish work, and related construction activities

• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep work progressing efficiently and in line with project goals

• Maintain quality control by inspecting work, correcting issues early, and ensuring proper installation practices

• Ensure safe jobsite practices and follow established work procedures and site requirements

• Communicate with clients and team members to clarify needs, resolve questions, and keep projects on track

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry and residential remodeling work

• Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans, measurements, and specifications

• Strong hands-on skills in carpentry/finish work with attention to detail

Compensation
