We are seeking a skilled Remodel Carpenter to join our team, performing hands-on carpentry and various home improvement work for residential and commercial customers.

This role requires strong craftsmanship, the ability to work independently or with a crew, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of remodeling, renovation, or general carpentry experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, demolition, and structural repairs for remodel projects.
• Install and finish trim, doors, windows, tile, cabinetry, and flooring.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
• Ensure work meets local building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on job progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues during remodels.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist with company business activities, events and initiatives.
