Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5 years reliability engineering experience or equivalent data analysis exposure.
• Knowledge of reliability fundamentals and life predictions, environmental testing, accelerated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor multiple reliability projects.
• Provide reliability risk assessments to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Create and implement test plans to mitigate risks in new product designs.
• Facilitate FMEA discussions to evaluate technical risk.
• Use internal/external resources to complete reliability test plans.
• Record and manage large data sets from tests.
• Analyze data to guide critical reliability decisions.
• Troubleshoot instrument failures and reliability issues.
• Direct root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Escalate top issues with clear updates.
• Provide engineering input for new designs to ensure robustness.
