Qualifications

• Willingness to work in BSL2 lab.
• Willingness to prepare blood samples for testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor multiple reliability projects.
• Provide reliability risk assessments to teams and leadership.
• Create and implement test plans to mitigate risks in new designs.
• Facilitate discussions to evaluate technical risk via FMEA.
• Manage data from tests and report results to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot failures and drive root-cause investigations.
