Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Reliability Engineer for an R&D client in Marietta, OH. You will develop reliability plans, collaborate with R&D to define test strategies, and support verification testing for cold storage products.

The role requires 5+ years of reliability experience, a related engineering degree, and familiarity with regulated testing standards. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years Reliability engineering, product approval, or verification testing.
• Experience with regulated testing standards (UL/IEC/ NSF/ Energy Star).
• Hands-on with test method development and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute reliability plans aligned with requirements and milestones.
• Collaborate with R&D to define test strategies and acceptance criteria for cold storage products.
• Support verification testing with reliability coverage and data collection.
• Create standardized reliability methods and design guidance for repeatable evaluations.
• Lead DFMEA activities and contribute to broader risk management.
