Job description

We are seeking a Reliability Product Approval Engineer to support the development and launch of advanced cold storage, refrigeration, and electromechanical products. This role partners closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Management teams to develop reliability test plans, lead product validation efforts, perform risk assessments such as DFMEAs, and ensure products meet performance, safety, and compliance requirements before reaching customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background and experience in reliability engineering, product testing, failure analysis, and new product development. Strong candidates will have expertise with accelerated life testing (ALT/HALT), root cause analysis, statistical data analysis, and electromechanical systems, with HVAC, refrigeration, thermal systems, or industrial equipment experience highly preferred.
