Job summary

The Reliability Engineer at International Cellulose Corporation, a Saint-Gobain Company, leads reliability improvements for critical manufacturing assets, develops a long-term Asset Reliability Roadmap, and drives data-driven maintenance strategies across plant operations.

You will apply PM optimization, RCA, MTBF/MTTR, and predictive technologies (vibration analysis, infrared thermography, IIoT) while integrating reliability data into SAP, CMMS, and Power BI to improve KPIs and asset

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of reliability, maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with CMMS/SAP PM, data analytics, PM/PdM, RCA, reliability metrics, rotating equipment, PLCs, SCADA, IIoT or connected asset technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability improvements for critical assets and develop a long-term Asset Reliability Roadmap.
Use data from CMMS/SAP, downtime trends, and KPIs to prioritize risks and asset decisions.
Implement predictive maintenance technologies and real-time asset monitoring.
Integrate reliability data into SAP, CMMS, and Power BI to improve visibility and KPIs.
Collaborate with teams to improve diagnostics, safety, and production performance.
