Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2–12+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• 1–10 years in project engineering or project management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering support for equipment, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot downtime, lead root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead capital projects from concept through startup and commissioning.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Improve reliability, efficiency, and operational performance through projekts and best practices.
