Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Release Management, DevOps, or Software Engineering in enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperforce and Falcon deployments.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge, capabilities and best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership for releases.

Responsibilities

• Release Quality Control: push back on releases not meeting quality standards and explain why.
• Release Execution & Hotfixes: coordinate weekly hotfixes and deploy critical updates.
• Major Release Management: own end-to-end schedule for major feature releases.
• Infrastructure & Deployment: manage deployments in Hyperforce and Falcon environments.
• Environment Syncing: keep development, testing, staging, and production in sync.
• Version Control & Collaboration: manage code merges and conflicts for a clean codebase.
• Governance & Compliance: enforce deployment governance and CI/CD improvements.
• Communication: provide status updates and release notes to stakeholders.
