Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, financial services or related customer-facing environment
• Prior sales experience
• Prior lending experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted resource for members while supporting branch daily success
• Move between member transactions, lending conversations, account services, and team leadership
• Coach and support branch team alongside Branch Manager
• Manage branch workflows, follow up on sales and lending opportunities, ensure compliance and security
