Job summary

First Capitol Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team and play a key role in supporting our technicians, assistants, doctors, and hospital leadership. What You'll Do :

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating weekends.

Full- Time Benefits Package & Compensation *

• Compensation: $22–$26 per hour for each hour worked
• CE Allowance: up to $1,000 annually, based on tenure

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set :

• Current Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) credential in good standing in the state of Missouri
• 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
• Previous veterinary leadership or mentoring experience preferred

• A positive attitude and commitment to team success
