Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Lead RN for a full-time night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. The role provides hands-on nursing leadership, mentorship to the nursing team, and ensures quality resident care in a 106-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.
The Lead RN will coordinate daily operations, maintain compliant documentation, and support infection prevention and nursing policies. NJ license and BLS CPR are required, with leadership training provided.
