California Correctional Health Care Services seeks a Supervising Registered Nurse II, CF at Avenal State Prison to lead nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure policy compliance under the Complete Care Model.

Under the Chief Nurse Executive, the SRN II, CF plans, assigns, supervises, and evaluates work within a service line, disseminates procedures, and maintains safe, humane care for the incarcerated population.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of nursing staff in a service line delivery area.
• Disseminate and monitor adherence to policies and procedures, and resolve personnel issues.
• Support the Complete Care Model and ensure continuity of quality patient care.
