• Under the direction of the Chief Nurse Executive or SRN III, SRN II, CF plans, assigns, supervises, and evaluates the work of nursing staff.
• Disseminates, implements, and monitors adherence to policies and procedures.
• Supports the Complete Care Model and ensures continuity of quality patient care.
