Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Registered Nurse who will perform nursing functions and supervise other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in delivering patient care in accordance with the state nurse practice act.

The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate the effectiveness of the care provided, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes across units as assigned.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within on year of hire in PACU
• NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act.
• The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.
