Job summary

Regard Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for an overnight role at a Massachusetts behavioral health and substance abuse facility. You will provide high-quality clinical care, monitor withdrawal and patient status, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team to support recovery in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds an MA RN license, has 1 year+ in SUD/behavioral health, and can work independently overnight.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license (required).
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance abuse treatment (required).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care for patients in behavioral health/substance abuse setting.
