Job summary

Jefferson Radiology, part of Radiology Partners, is seeking a senior clinical trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing staff development for nurses, paramedics, EMTs, technologists, and physicians. You will ensure competency with organizational standards and act as the primary clinical resource for patient care practices.

The role includes overseeing quality assurance activities, coordinating daily operations, and driving process improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BSN graduate licensed as RN in the state.
• Current ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development for nurses and physicians.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for patient care practices and operational protocols.
• Oversee quality assurance, including chart audits and documentation reviews for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations and staffing across sites in absence of leadership.
• Evaluate and implement new clinical equipment; maintain training materials and policies.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Lead clinical training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development for nurses, paramedics, EMTs, technologists, and physicians while ensuring competency and compliance with organizational standards.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for staff, providing guidance on patient care practices, protocols, operational issues, and clinical decision-making.
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives, including medical chart audits, controlled medication audits, and documentation reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations by supporting workflow management, fostering a positive work environment, and assisting with staffing and scheduling needs in the absence of leadership.
• Evaluate and implement new clinical equipment, maintain training materials and policies, and support continuous process improvements across multiple sites and departments.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Education - BSN Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with BSN .
• Licensed by the State as a Registered Nurse.
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Current AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certifications.
• Five years of experience as a registered nurse.

The hourly range for this position is$ 49- $ 56 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications,geographic locationetc. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic factors.
