Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license; multi-state license preferred.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 1+ year supporting IDD or long-term care populations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with documentation systems (EHR) and MS Office.
• Willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to RNs and LVNs/LPNs.

Requirements

What You’ll Need
