Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the dietary department operations and staff.
• Forecast and monitor budgeting needs for the department.
• Ensure menus and dietary plans meet physician prescriptions and regulatory standards.
• Inspect dietary service, food storage and sanitation for quality control.
• Assist with discharge planning of residents' dietary needs.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management as needed.
