Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical nutrition team and manage a complex patient caseload.
• Develop and monitor nutrition care plans and orders within standards of practice.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff; contribute to teaching materials.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling of clinical nutrition staff to meet clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to CQI activities and program development to improve nutrition outcomes.
