Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR registration and state licensure as required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in nutrition care or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2+ registered dietitians; manage hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling.
• Provide leadership to foster morale, quality, and respect within the team.
• Perform nutritional assessments and interventions for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on nutritional needs.
• Oversee nutrition support training for patient service ambassadors.
• Manage QAPI projects and collaborate with other departments.
• Document patient assessments and nutritional goals in the medical record.
• Communicate with physicians on patients’ nutritional status and orders.
