Job summary

ABA Centers of America seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to coordinate daily clinic operations in Massachusetts and mentor RBT staff. This full-time role supports supervising clinicians, ensures documentation accuracy, and helps learners progress using ABA techniques.

The position emphasizes leadership, data collection, and patient-centered care in a fast-growing organization offering training, career advancement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred)
• RBT certification
• 2-year degree or more (preferred)
• 1 year of experience training others (preferred)
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day schedule of the clinic with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties
• Assist with data completion
• Aid RBTs with learners
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services
• Maintain client and staff safety as extra support for the clinic
• Serve as mentor to RBTs
• Implement discrete trial teaching using specified procedures
• Teach and generalize skills in natural environments
• Use pivotal response treatment strategies
• Increase verbal behavior using formal procedures
