ABA Centers of America seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) in Brockton, MA. This leadership role focuses on coordinating clinic operations, mentoring RBTs, and ensuring efficient delivery of ABA services in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 3+ years experience with children/ABA preferred.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Willingness to work after-hours, weekends and holidays.
• Background/drug screenings and driving record must be clean.
• Reliable transportation, driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic schedule with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and admin duties.
• Assist with data collection and completion.
• Mentor RBTs and cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as a support person.
• Teach using discrete trial and natural environment procedures.
• Implement pivotal response treatment strategies.
• Increase verbal behavior using formal procedures.

What You’ll Do

• RBT certification

• 1 year of experience training others (preferred)
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance
