Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Wellesley Hills, MA seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to support leaders, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services.

In this full-time role you will coordinate clinic schedules, mentor staff, assist with data collection, and help implement discrete trial training using ABA methodologies, with opportunities for professional growth in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• 3+ years of experience working with children/youth in ABA or education.
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Availability for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic schedule with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data completion and learners.
• Aid RBTs with learners.
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as extra support for the clinic.
• Serve as mentor to RBTs.
• Use discrete trial teaching procedures.
• Teach and generalize skills in natural environments using formal procedures.
• Use pivotal response treatment strategies and verbal behavior techniques.

Requirements

• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance
