Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) in Wellesley Hills, MA. This full-time role leads day-to-day clinic activities, mentors RBTs, and ensures smooth scheduling with supervisors and operations leadership.

We offer paid training through our ABA Academy of Excellence, opportunities for advancement to BCBA roles, and a benefits package including healthcare and 401(k). Ideal candidates have RBT certification, 2-year degree, and 3+ years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with children/youth in education or ABA therapy (preferred).
  • RBT certification required.
  • 2-year degree or higher preferred.

  • Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred)
  • RBT certification
  • 2-year degree or more (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience training others (preferred)
  • Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance
