As a Lead RBT, your role is to support the structure, consistency, and quality of care provided across your assigned classrooms. You are a bridge between the RBT team and the leadership team and a key support for onboarding, classroom readiness, and day‑to‑day operations. This role provides advanced clinical support and uses independent judgment to support treatment integrity, supervise classroom organization standards.
This is a full‑time position on‑site in our Newark, NJ Early Intervention Center. The core hours for this position are 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
We’re an amazing ABA provider! We take a whole‑child, whole‑caregiver approach. Our integrated model combines ABA therapy with speech, occupational therapy, and behavioral health support. You’ll be part of a deeply collaborative, mission‑driven team.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $52,000 to $55,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
