The Lead RBT will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments. RBTs will use interventions written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA services will be provided in our Compleat KiDZ Pediatric Therapy clinics.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with integrity
• Coordinate all aspects of RBT onboarding with relevant individuals
• Identify RBTs who may need additional training and coordinate with relevant BCBA
• Show proficiency to use and teach KURE and ReThink
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of scheduling
• Coordinate opening and closing of the clinic when needed
• Communicate all relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• Relay relevant family information to BCBA/Parent Advocate
• Coordinate daily clinic operations (supplies, ordering, maintenance, stimuli system, etc.)
• Participate in daily callouts
• Recognize and teach skills in the moment to promote treatment integrity, progress, and RBT skill development
• Help foster a positive work environment

Position Requirements

• Flexibility is required
• Pass a Background Check
• RBT certification, First Aid certification, and CPR certification

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Demands

The physical demands include talking or hearing regularly, standing, walking, running with/after children, assisting patients with standing/sitting, reaching, and transitioning between sitting and standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs are also required.

This position operates in an outpatient clinic environment. Travel between clinics may be required if servicing more than one clinic.
