Your Role as an RBT at Discovery ABA

As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in our brand new Charlotte, NC Clinic! Guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help clients build essential life, social, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans.
• Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Reliable Transportation to our Charlotte, NC Clinic in the heart of the city!
• Previous experience in the ABA field is required.
• Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience
• RBT certification (or in progress) is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish -Required
