Compleat KiDZ in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Lead RBT to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors in children across all environments. ABA services are delivered in our pediatric therapy clinics and guided by a BCBA.
You will collaborate with BCBA, coordinate onboarding, training, scheduling, and clinic operations, and help foster a positive work environment while ensuring accurate session
Come help us help individuals and the families of those with disabilities and special needs live their best lives! The Lead RBT will provide one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to children across all environments. RBT's will use interventions written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA services will be provided in our Compleat KiDZ Pediatric Therapy clinics.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; run with/after children, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to regularly and quickly transition from sitting on gym floor to standing and directing patients. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25lbs are also required.
This job operates in an outpatient clinic environment. Travel between clinics may be required if RBT is servicing more than one clinic.
