Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our on-site EI Center in Clark, NJ. You will support new staff, assist with program operations, and provide ABA therapy to children with ASD while maintaining accurate data and daily notes.
Responsibilities include implementing goals designed by BCBA, leading classroom activities, communicating with families, and ensuring sessions are logged in Central Reach within 24 hours.

This is a full-time position on-site in our Clark, NJ EI Center. The core hours for this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Here’s what you can expect:
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $52,000–$55,000 per year.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
