Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 7+ years of vocational training or certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs cooling towers, refrigeration systems and refrigerated sales cases.
• Assists in the installation and setup of new refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Completes maintenance schedules of various refrigeration system components as directed by supervisor or as outlined by standard refrigeration maintenance guidelines and procedures.
• Monitors refrigeration equipment performance, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintains records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborates with store leadership and team members regarding equipment needs and maintenance schedules.
• Provides guidance regarding effective stocking and cleaning procedures.
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned by management.
