Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program/technical school.
• College degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or related field.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices; efficient labor-hour use.
• Ability to organize tasks and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Technical resource on assigned projects.
• Report on job status and performance.
• Control project costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers, customers, GCs and subcontractors.
• Ensure PPE use and safety compliance by all employees.
• Ensure compliance with installation policies, safety, time and attendance.
• May oversee 3rd party resources.
• Direct and oversee the work of apprentices and journeymen.
