Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school. College degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or related industry/trade.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including efficient use of labor hours.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage time.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures and ensure safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project crew on assigned HVAC/refrigeration projects.
• Report on job status and performance.
• Control job costs.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, customers, GCs, and subcontractors.
• Ensure use of PPE and safety compliance on site.
• Ensure compliance with installation policies and procedures, including tracking, safety, and attendance.
• May oversee 3rd party resources.
• Direct and oversee the work of apprentices and journeymen assigned to projects.
