Job summary

Target Corp in the United States (Minnesota) is seeking a Lead Engineer for its Cyber Security Red Team. You will design and execute adversary emulation operations, bypass security controls where appropriate, and mentor operators while coordinating with defenders to improve defenses.

Ideal candidates have four years of offensive/defensive security experience, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in Python, C#, Rust, Go, or C. Remote or hybrid options available based on need.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum experience in offensive security and/or defensive security.
• Demonstrates strong offensive security knowledge.
• Demonstrates understanding of Red Team impact on organization and customers.

Responsibilities

• Consult on, design, and execute adversary emulation operations.
• Bypass preventative and detective security controls to accomplish goals.
• Lead and train operators and collaborate with defenders.
• Present findings to groups in a clear and professional manner.
